Creativity Academy is operated by Stamer Arts LLC, Hillsborough, North Carolina, United States ("we", "us"). By purchasing a membership or using the site you agree to these terms.
An active membership gives you access to one live one-hour video session each month (currently the first Thursday of the month, 12:00 pm US Eastern), a weekly email, and the members' library of recorded sessions, for as long as your membership is active. Session dates and times may occasionally change; members are notified by email.
Monthly memberships are billed $49 USD in advance each month and renew automatically until cancelled. Annual memberships are billed $470 USD in advance each year and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before any applicable tax; tax is calculated at checkout based on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing hello@creativityacademy.art. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Gift memberships are prepaid for a fixed term (one month or one year), do not renew automatically, and begin when the recipient accepts them. They are not redeemable for cash.
Live sessions are recorded and added to the members' library. Attendees are not shown on camera or audio; text posted in the session chat may appear in the recording. Library content is for your personal use and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold. Anything you create during a session is yours.
Be kind in the chat. We may remove anyone who is abusive to other members or the host, with a prorated refund of any unused prepaid period.
We may update these terms, prices for new purchases, or the membership's features; existing members are told by email before changes affect them. We do our best to hold every scheduled session, but if one cannot take place it will be rescheduled or a recording provided.

Seven-day guarantee. If you join and decide within seven days that Creativity Academy isn't for you, email hello@creativityacademy.art and we will refund your first payment in full, no questions asked.
After the first seven days, monthly payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the paid month. Annual memberships cancelled within the first year are refunded for the unused whole months remaining. Gift memberships are refundable to the purchaser within seven days of purchase if the gift has not yet been accepted.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
To run your membership, send the emails you signed up for, deliver gifts, calculate tax, provide support, and understand how the site is used. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments, tax, and merchant-of-record services), our email provider, our members' area and video hosting provider, and Zoom for live sessions. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, update or delete your account information by emailing us, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data. If you are in the EU, UK, or another region with data-protection rights, you can exercise those rights by emailing hello@creativityacademy.art.
The site uses only cookies needed for checkout and basic analytics.
